Are you looking for a responsible role in a unique working environment surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Lech? Then you've come to the right place, because our company owns 14 cable car facilities and fun sports facilities, as well as several restaurants.

Your tasks

• Supporting the head chef in managing the kitchen and organising day-to-day business
• Training and instructing new employees
• Preparing rustic, seasonal and regional dishes in keeping with the ski lodge atmosphere
• Checking stock levels and ordering food in good time
• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Your profile

• Completed training as a chef
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of German or English
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Resilience and flexibility, even in stressful situations
• Skiing or snowboarding skills are an advantage
